This policy explains what data GLOBAL PRIVILEGE collects on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you request.

1. Who we are

GLOBAL PRIVILEGE operates this website as a private client platform for property, residency, citizenship and private office services. For any privacy request, contact privacy@globalprivilege.vip. We respond within 30 days.

2. What we collect

When you request a Private Opportunities Brief we collect your first name, the country you contact us from, your chosen delivery channel and one contact value (for example a phone number or email address). If you use the strategy quiz, we store your answers. We do not ask for passports, financial documents or other sensitive files through website forms.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to deliver the brief you requested, to route your enquiry to a team that speaks your language, and, only with your separate unticked consent, to arrange one concierge call. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your language. Analytics cookies, set only with your consent, help us understand which pages are useful; the data is aggregated and does not identify you. Marketing cookies are not set without your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

5. AI concierge calls

If you separately consent to a call, the first conversation may be handled by an AI concierge in your selected language. The AI identifies itself at the start of the call. We store the consent text, timestamp and page where consent was given. You can withdraw consent and request a human manager at any moment.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept while your request is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law, for example anti-money-laundering rules for concluded transactions. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, export in a portable format, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw any consent. Write to privacy@globalprivilege.vip and we will act within the statutory deadline.

8. International transfers and security

Data is stored on servers of established cloud providers with encryption in transit and at rest. Where data crosses borders, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards. Access is restricted to staff who need it to serve your request.
